The Problem
Property enquiries arrive with different budgets, areas and timeframes. When someone has to read each one, find suitable homes, choose an agent and remember to follow up, good leads can wait too long.
The Solution
LEADFLOW collects the buyer's requirements through a website form, then handles the next steps automatically. Your team stays in charge of the conversation with the buyer.
- A website form captures the buyer's name, email, preferred area, budget and message.
- The workflow matches the enquiry to suitable properties and emails the buyer a short list, with an option to request a viewing.
- An agent is assigned and receives an internal email summarising the enquiry and the matched properties.
- A follow-up task is created, due within 24 hours.
- Each step is recorded in a database, and a separate error workflow alerts an administrator if something fails.
